¨    build on  vocabulary, and learn more complex sentence structure .

¨    review basic conjugation of verbs and add more complex verb structures .

¨    Explore the cultural aspects of various Spanish speaking countries through   readings and discussions.

¨    Do two write-ups about a Hispanic cultural event or place that (s)he visits in person
